I have now had to throw away 4 meat items -rotten

There is a real problem with Pick n Pay selling rotten meat. In February I bought meat for a long weekend away. I had to throw away a de-boned leg of lamb and a pack of Karan rib-eye steaks. These were purchased at Greenstone Pick n Pay. In March I purchased meat for a braai at Clearwater Pick n Pay. Some really lovely looking lamb pin-wheels. The stench when I opened the pack was unbearable. Also March, my wife bought hamburger patties from Glen Ballad Pick n Pay. Again, opened the pack up and immediately threw them into the outside bin. All of these items were within the best before date. Lodged a complaint and Greenstone Pick n Pay asked me to bring the rotten products back. Like I'm going to keep rotten meat? Go figure.... The lady that phoned me said that she would phone me back in 5 minutes to let me know what to do. That was a few weeks ago.
