I have been billed R270

I have been billed R270.92 YESTERDAY morning at 07:34 as per my Capitec statement, but the order was NOT placed. It did not go through as I am unable to see it on my app and also trace it. May someone please look into this for me ASAP. It was creche essentials for my baby, now this was a huge inconvenience as my baby ended up not going to creche as I didnt have more funds to place another order as the order was not placed. I also wrote to your Facebook page NO RESPONSE.
