I hate Pick and Pay. Specifically in Krugersdorp

Pick and Pay Noordheuwel is the qorr store ever with rfe and unhelpfull staff. I cant five them zero stars but thats what they get.

I have a laundry list of complaints but will only list a few. I tired of that store.

I ajve been asking for fuel gel for 4 months wdey single day. From staff and managers and always the same story. Eish sorry we will order. His morning at the office a very rude Patience told me off because they dont have it and thats final. I have to walk 5km to town and then back to buy. All the 2 in 1 bobtail dog pellets on the shelve has expired. The rude lady Phumla at the till told me its not her problem and i have to go cry by the manager. She didn't want to call the manager to the till. I had to go find one. I was told they cant sell me the expired at a reduced price and they will g|t it fresh from the store room. I think she is the admin controller or manger. I was still busy speaking and she sommer turned around and walked away. She did no have a name tag on. Nobody came with pellets and i eventually left. My pet is hungry and I have to walk to town now in the rain to buy dogfood. Thers is almost never small tins of Ricoffy. On 2 occassions i had to take back daily salads because is was old. The lady working At the fresh veggies is awesome (and 1 food thing about that store but cant expect her to work everyday) but when she is off you can forget about assistance to get items weighed. I live from day to day and gis causes this Pick and Pay to be very expensive. So if i can only afford R20 for pork chops they refused me to take from the fridge shelves and make a packet for what i need. I have to to take what there is or sorry can't help you and stay hungry. I have tried to speak to different managers already but nobody never even ask for my no or tried to give some sort of feedback. I thinks this is my most important complaints but believe me this list goes on.

Pathetic is not even a strong enough wprd to describe Pick and Pay Noordheuwel Krugersdorp at the Bell street crossing. ***. It will probably be a miracle of something gets done. I am in the mood to call newspapers or even check point or etv news and meet them there. Then everybody will know Pick and Pay are not what they used to be amd customers comes last
