I hate pick and pay

Bad service I received from Pick and pay Randburg, it's so disgusting, the kiosk cashier treated me like I'm borrowing money, I wanted a cashless withdrawal from my Tyme bank account, she said it's declined, but when I got home my money is withdrawn. The inconvenience that she caused, I'm even closing my Tyme bank account 😡😡
