I had a conversation with a Customer Care agent called Zinhle Popo this morning. You could use her in your Training Manual! Not only did she confirm for me that the “free mini fridge to the over 60’s” that keeps appearing on some of my older friends FB page - she was extremely knowledgeable on the “subject” and made me feel like a human that matters.
