I got my refund because of Cindy - Still don't recommend using the ASAP app

A huge thank you to Cindy at the Pick n Pay call centre and her supervisor, I was due a refund from 14th August and lost hope. Today I received my refund because of her!!

Pick n Pay, there are so many other clients waiting on their refunds from Pick n Pay ASAP, please investigate this as the agents in the call centre are struggling to assist. Nobody seems to have answers or is accountable.

My rating is for Cindy and not the ASAP app.
