I got a wrong product and noone wants to take ownw

On the 20th of this month i ordered a Bar One chocolate cake, initially i wanted a big cake but they said they don't have a sponge for the big cake so i ordered 2 round bar one cakes and was told they'll be ready at 5. When i got home i realized the cakes are not Bar One but a sponge cake covered in Barone sauce. I went to Pick 'n Pay on Friday to complain about this and was assisted by a manager called Garry. He said the bakery staff has gone home he will ask Jabu to give me a call on Saturday which he did. He tried to convince me that the cake i received was a Bar- One cake. Upon realization that i know what i'm talking about he said he'll give me a call around 9 that same morning and i never received his call. On Monday i went to the store again and there was another manager, i explained myself and she called someone in the bakery i'm not sure what they said to her but she told me it looks like they don't make that cake flavour anymore and i wanted to know why i was never told this and that as promised by Garry i want another cake or my money back. She said she will give me a call today(26/01/2016) when Jabu is at work and i haven't recieved any call. This is the worst service.
