I found a staple metal piece from a stapler in a bun

I'm pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a few items at Pick n Pay, so I drove to the one in SharonPark. I bought myself the Dessert Topped Bun 6's worth R14,99. My son ate 1 and I took another, which I almost choked on after finding a metal piece that looks like it comes from a stapler. I'm appalled, it hurt my teeth and I could have swallowed it. I'm so upset and would like Pick n Pay to answer to this disgrace!
