i feel sorry for raymond ackerman

It is with huge discussed and disappointment im writing this letter, friday th8th oct we bought a lamb pack of 245 rand, in the evening upon braaing we opened the lamb pack and discovered mites crawling around, the store was closed that time of night so we could not go back and we left for pe early the next morning. we arrived back the 20th of nov and went to complain to the manager but he did not want to help us, if it was 50 rand fine i would write it off, but 245 is alot of money, we could not keep the product because of all the load shedding, tried calling the store the next day and a few days after that but just engaged tone, if i dont get my money back i will report this to the media and hello peter, if need be we will go to the small claims court, my cell ***, we not allowed to have our phones on at work so you caneither e-mail or whattsapp me, the store i bought the lamb pack is from pick n pay braackenfell the big store the store. and Liezel from customer care was very rude
