I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER YET THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT I RECEIVED THE ORDER

So Today I placed an order with Pick n Pay ASAP *** which was scheduled for delivery at 9:00 this morning. At 8:25 the order was marked delivered and I NEVER received the order. I have checked outside for a delivery car or s****** but nothing. I have emailed, and called their call centre *** 2 times already with *** & *** and they said they have requested re-delivery urgently. I didnt receive any communication from them again. I have to call them again now which is inconveniencing and costly for me. I hope I will receive my order because why would a driver mark my order delivered unless he wants to take my order and keep to himself? This is *****!! I also placed 2 previous orders which I was also unhappy with - very bad service.
