I called PNP RCS twice to ask who requested for my account to be closed please?

I called PNP rcsconnect.co.za to find out as to why my PIN number is not working when I wanted to use the credit limit as per the sms I received on 27 February 2026? I then received an email dated 2 March 2026 acknowledging the alleged request to close my PNP RCS account, which I did close.

I called PNP RCS twice to ask who requested my account to be closed? And to stop the provess. However, I was put on hold for +- 30 minites.

I need my account to be opened please.
