I bought a microwave oven at pick n pay in Orange farm (Eyethu mall) on Wednesday the 12th of June. The cashier said they do not test microwave ovens. Upon arrival at home, the appliance had a weird sound and did not warm anything put inside. On the 17th of June (today) we returned the appliance to the store and we are told that the appliance has physical damages and they cannot take it back, but the microwave did not even function to the point of it sustaining damages. The service received was very poor as the staff responded with a negative and condescending tone.
