I bought a air fryer at pick & pay sunningdale on the 28th November 2023 and there was a year gurentee or warranty on the cold air air fryer, the basket begin to chip and rust, I did do all the precautionary steps to clean the air fryer, I took it back a month later than the guarantee, on the 21st of December 2024, we are now a month later, and the supplier Nuworld send me an invoice to pay a new basket, because they suggest I did not do the proper cleaning procedure. I have been phoning pick and pay, everytime there is a long story and delay, and they promise they will get back to me. This is really frustrating there is no after sales services, I would suggest to never buy any appliances from Pick pay sunningdale. It only causes frustrations, and their supplier is really very slow in doing anything. I would not suggest even to buy from Nuworld as well.
