"I AM ZINHLE THANJEKWAYO" !!!! APPALLING SERVICE 😭😭😭

This morning I rushed to our nearest pick n pay express to buy a mere sandwich for my two children and withdraw R50 taxi fares, I was helped by a lady that I greeted and did not greet me back, none the less I assumed she did not hear me, she continued scanning my items and eventually asked if I needed a "Plastic" , I said "No Thanks, but can I pls have R100 or R50 cash back" ? She said she had just started her shift and does not have money. There was a lady behind her that had R200 notes , I asked that she please borrow from her even if it's R50, her response to me was "Ngithe anginamali, labantu nabo abanamali kanti awuzwa" , I did not receive that well as I thought to myself, I always shop here and getting this type of service has now became a norm. I proceeded and asked why she was yelling at me and she said "Angithi awuzwa!!" , I asked for her name and she gave it to me "I AM ZINHLE THANJEKWAYO!!" with a loud and condescending tone of voice. I complained about her service and she said "Nawe"

I am typing this msg with great dissatisfaction and disappointment from my fellow sister, it is not often one takes their time and type such long complaint after getting "****ty service" as we have gotten used to getting this type of service from our close by stores especially Tshepisong pick n pay Express.

I demand an apology from that lady and she must do so in front of her colleagues as she was comfortable ridiculing me during their presence, one even laughed when she was saying all the things she said!

I am very dissappointed!!!!
