I am so disappointed with pick n pay ASAP!

I ordered on the Pick n Pay ASAP app on the 15 August 2024, Order #***2. When I received my order certain items were missing namely: 1. Glade 3-in-1 Lavender & Vanilla Scented Aerosol Air Freshener. 2. Vanish Stain Remover Liquid 3. Comfort uplifting concentrated laundry fabric softer 800ml 4. Colgate tipple action 5. PnP Ultra Anti Bacterial Sponges 4s 6. Sunlight Paradise sensation 2in1 2kg washing powder 7. PnP Altra steelwool

all this listed items were missing from order. I contacted the PnP support team they did refund or assisted me with anything. I am so disappointed by the poor service, I am loyal customer and I have been using PnP ASAP services for quite sometime however this time they disappointed me so much.
