I am so disappointed in the manner they handled our case because I feel that they should take our side as customers and not stand for each other

On November 2020 we bought vouchers for employees at head office Johannesburg amounting to R435 794,00 at picknpay and they gave us so much drama we got vouchers that were not loaded with money but we paid next after they had corrected them we found other batches that were also not loaded with money and they refuse to give us our money back they keep saying they will investigate and that those vouchers are not from them and we are at fault it’s even worse we told them one of the ladies that work there told us that she is the one who stole the money from the vouchers and will repay it we have screen shots and all but still the blame is on us.

Long story short we paid for a service but couldn’t find sufficient assistance
