I am not happy at all.

I submitted my Provident Fund documents to my former store manager in November, contacted him In January asking him if he did email my documents to Headoffice, he said yes. I contacted Headoffice forgot the lady's name, she said she will check when I tried to call again she said so and so was off. I waited till Tuesday decide to email NMG to find out about my Provident Fund money because they sent me an sms that has a link with all my information in February. They rep**** saying they haven't received my payment documents from my employer yet, I was so shocked after so many months waiting😢. I called Headoffice they emailed me the document that I had to sign and email it back to them. I am not happy at all, I don't know what to do with this situation, I will seek advice because I can't not afford to wait for some more months to get my money.
