I am not happy

i am not happy with the management from PnP, the PnP i am talking about is the one next to Meddestad mall in Bellville at the back of ABSA building in Voortrekker, every morning the doent have enough cashiers i even speak to their managers 3 times what i dnt understand the managers office is infront they can see what is going on and when i ask they say the nxt shift is coming in few minutes forgeting that it is in the morning before 8 the 1st shift should have been there in the morning definately the next shift will come after 10 they always say the same thing, they dont care about their customers in the morning forgetting we rushing to work, how cn you have 1 cashier in the morning of month end? they manager says they dont get bust in the morning even if it is moth end which i find it very strange. lot of people are unemployed if they cant be helpful then they must as well close the shop.
