I am let down, perhaps time to start shopping elsewhere

Here I am trying to make soft porridge for breakfast using your product then I come across a shock of my life. Initially I realised there was some wool/threat type of things in there and on close inspection I picked up 2 worms/maggots busy having their day.

This cant be right and you are lucky I am only making you aware of this mess and not spreading this all over public platforms (after not getting help from initially only dealing with them)

This is a 10kg bag that I bought just last week Sat and was starting to use it.

Please do not ask me to take this back to your store as I am not going to spend my time/money helping you fix your mess. Send someone to come collect this so you can have your tests done.
