you charge for a hp 650 colour cartrige R399. and charged to me. the colour cartridges are almost half price than the black ink because they have less ink and print only 200 pages .
R399 is almost double the market place prices for colour. I doubt any one will pay this price I did pay it because I was mislead by you picture showing two cartriges one colour and one black. picture was corrected after my complaint. I am hesitant now to order on line. I do not want to be mislead again, specially if I order high priced items.
Colour hp cartridges should cost about R230. R399 as you charge is grossly ocverprices.
Investigate. I should be compensated. Now is not about the money. I s about fairness.

to add: 1- I complained about the misleading picture showing two cartridges one colour and one black, both for R399. You corrected the picture after I complained. No compensation for misleading me.
2- You said R399 is the correct price because it is what it shows in on line ordering site. But the selling price for the colour cartridge as charged by shops and online orders is about R230.You should check the pricing of this item. Your buyers, or those encharged of your online site.
