I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from Pick n Pay ASAP

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order at 12:46, and it was accepted with a promised delivery time of 13:30. However, the delivery time kept changing — first to 14:30, then to 15:30, and eventually to the next day at 09:00. What’s worse is that there was absolutely no communication from Pick n Pay throughout this entire delay. No call, no message, no explanation — nothing. For a service that brands itself as ASAP, this was far from urgent or reliable. This experience was not only frustrating, but also disappointing coming from a brand I’ve trusted. I expected better communication, accountability, and basic customer service. I hope Pick n Pay seriously looks into improving this service because this level of negligence is unacceptable.
