I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from Pick n Pay ASAP

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my R3600 order, scheduled for delivery on 13 June 2025. I only received goods worth R2400 without any notification or explanation of what happened. I called the Beacon Bay store, and they had absolutely no idea where my order was and the ASAP lines kept cutting me off. After FOUR DAYS of endless calls, they finally admit they don't have the items I ordered and now I have to wait FIVE MORE BUSINESS DAYS for a refund! PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! This is beyond ridiculous! They can't even offer me an alternative! This is UNACCEPTABLE in 2025! I can't even go somewhere else because Pick n Pay is still holding onto my money! I am so mad!
