I am closed go I need to go home go find another queue

PNP Bluff. I arrive with my trolly to stand I a queue. After 5 minutes the cashier comes to me and say that I have to join another queue. She says that I have to get home.I asked her how is it possible that this queue is closed where is the sign. I explained to the manager and asked how is it fair that I have to stand with a trolley and given no indication that the queue is closed. The manager could defended the actions of the cashier and says she did tell the lady in front of me. Well the lady infront of did not say a word to me. In the old days you found a sign on the trolley of the last customer. There was no such thing. So now one must now go and wonder and stand again in a long q and hope it is not closed. That's if the person infront of you says something.This branch has always had cashiers with bad attitudes and are only concerned with going home. Instead of helping customers I left that trolley after discovering that cashiers are all concerned about going home. I also got tired of hoping to rejoin a queue that won't end in me finding out that the cashier wants to go home
