Hyper by the Sea Noise.
The Hyper by the Sea in Durban North seems to have installed a giant fan or extractor of some sort and the noise is very loud and goes on all night. It has lately become difficult to sleep in what used to be a quiet area. Can Pick n Pay or whoever this belongs to please take steps to minimise this noise.
