Hygiene at the bakery?

Went to the Marylone Shopping Mall Pick and Pay yesterday. I stopped at the bakery to fetch bread rolls. The flies sit on the bread rolls and the bread rolls are not covered. What an insult to the clients to have to buy products like these, apart from this it seems that the managers don't realize the health risks involved and illnesses spread by flies. Sorry but, bye bye Pick and Pay, will never support a shop like this. You don't even have to call me, seen enough, not interested in supporting Pick and Pay again.
