Hurt in Pick n Pay because of their negligence but noone really cares in there

I tripped over a cart left unattended in the fruit and vegetable section. I actually walked around it as on top it had baskets filled with veges and assumed it was the same width top to bottom , but the bottom had a longer metal rail that i walked into with my left ankle. When a lady eventually came to where i was and i told her what happened and showed her my swelling ankle she just moved the cart away and said sorry and started speaking to another colleague walking by. I was struggling to walk as the pain was still just settling in then i asked her to please call the manager. She rudely said to me the manager was at the office and started saying something about my complaint to her colleague in a language i couldn't understand.Hobbled around hoping to find someone wearing the fami**** uniform i know but decided to just leave as i thought well the pain will subside after a bit. Got home and my ankle has totally gone stiff. I tried calling Pick n pay but the number just rang away. Very uncaring stuff. Will never shop there again.
