Hungary kids

Hi , I placed an order on Pick ‘n Pay asap Rosemead. Order was placed on the 15/12/25 . They said my order will be delivered between 20:00/20:30pm time order was placed was just after 6pm before 7pm.

I confirmed the order, my account was debited and the process as far as waiting on the driver . 20:30 , 21:30 and then 10pm no delivery.

Went into my app and order still reflects as pending.

At this point I just thought okay my order will be delivered in the morning .

Then got to work and around 9 I called home was informed no delivery as yet. I then proceeded to call the helpline, and explained my case to them . Just to be told say “order has been cancelled “.

I then spoke to a consultant to enquire as to when the funds will reflect in my account. And she said to me that it would take 3/5 business days .

I was mortified as that was literally my last monies that I spent on food . And my kids are at home and the cupboards are empty .

So I asked are you saying that my kids must wait 3/5 days to eat before eating and she said yes mam .

Which then pushed me over the edge and I went crazy . Because how do I explain to my kids that they need to wait to eat.

So I need a solution as to how this matter will be resolved and not the 3/5 business days . As I don’t have the luxury of having spare cash lying around.

And to top it off it’s still says pending waiting for driver .
