Hummiliated and shouted at by Pinky front end controller from Umlazi Mega City Qualisave

Hi i. typing this email as a very disappointed and un happy Pick and pay customer i work for one of the leading communications companies in the Umlazi Mega City center I buy my breakfast every day at Pick and pay in this Centre as their food is always fresh and satisfying and i do my monthly groceries at this store as well and i have been happy until today.

I went to buy my breakfast as always as i got to the store was a bit packed for normal mornings as it pensions pay out day i normally pay without having to wait as the stuff knows we are at work we show tags and pay and go and go, well today i meet with a lady who is a till controller by the name of Pinky she refused to give me her surname i don't know how many years she is been doing what she did to me and my friend today but i beg management needs to do something urgently about her, she is the rudest person on earth she approached us shouting asking why we not listening the que we in is asked to go pay in another till she was cutting the line i then explained to her we going in front to pay and go as we showed our tags we skip the que she come for us at the front telling us how they doing a favor by allowing us to skip the line when we come to buy food while we on tea break i asked her why is she shouting at us she asked where is our uniform the entire front end watched us as we were being bul**** by the lady ***** acted very out of the normal character of a person who is in management as we were paying she continued insulting me because i ended up telling her i really feel sorry for people that works with her se has no way of speaking to people the lady really is not suitable for customer service work or if that how she treat your customers you will end up losing more customers because of her i,m in a position where i don't ever wish to step in that store again because of her not because i no longer prefer Pick n pay store among other stores .

if you don't do anything about this issue i will be doing a follow up i want to know why i got such horrible treatment from this old lady and she did all this humiliation, and made felt like nothing in front of other customers and stuff. please respond with feedback we don't need to be traumatized by your employes who cant treat customers correct some of us are also working with customers on daily basis's but we respect and understand what is expected when dealing with customers.
