Humiliates, Embarrassed and Traumatized
My aunt and i were attacked by one of the staff when we wanted to pay for our insurance at Pick'n Pay at Mayfield Square. He told the other tellers not to assist us paying, he was rude, shouting, attacked us physically, mind you he did not have a name tag on and the staff says he is a store supervisor. It was on the 11th June 2020 at 16:20. We reported the matter with Pick n Pay head office as we have the pictures of the person, we were told that they will contact us and gave us the reference number: ***. When we call to follow up, we are told that they will revert back to us but will today no ever did. We are so embarrassed that we are ashamed to go to the same store as we are afraid that we will be chased or attacked again. Its very hamulating and i am still traumatized by the attack we got .
