Humiliated, verbally assaulted & falsely accused

My wife's sister sent her a Caffe luxe Espresso Capsule Machine (via courier from JHB) for her birthday. She would have preferred a different colour and asked me to exchange it at Pick n Pay on my way home from work.<br> <br> I went to the customer care counter to find out if this would be possible as my sister-in-law did not send the receipt. I placed the box on the counter and told the cashier that I would be right back, I was just going to look for the item which I would like to exchange it for. Upon my return, I encountered Miss Fiona Richards who claimed that the machine I left on the counter did in fact not belong to me and had been \standing there all day". She proceeded to create quite a scene and resorted to calling me a ******** and a menace in front of staff and other customers. The incident escalated to the point where I was removed by security and taken to the manager's office to wait for the police. After about 40 minutes of taking security and management's condescending attitudes and accusations"
