Humiliated Service Delivery

This was the last of Hypermarket Brackenfell, I don't know what the managers, supervisors and cashiers think of the customers. This afternoon, I went to Hypermarket to see if my Rain-check products came in, yes collected from the shelves, to info, where the Rain-checks was made out, what I got and placed it with items. Now at the till, cashier hesitate, Supervisor Xolilwe comes to 10items cashier, I'm still so angry, Supervisor Xolilwe has the attitude asking me, WHERE DID YOU GET THIS? Bang in my face, how humilating, where did I get it, when I asked how can she ask me the question, she respond that's her job to ask and I told her that I got it legal from the Info counter, 5min prior, with P&P name on and today's date, and she still asked me it again. I them called the manager and said enough is enough, the person that gave me the Rain-checks, came and told the Supervisor Xolilwe, that she gave it to me. As I was scalling, a coloured male past by of P&P, and intervened, I informed him what Supervisor Xolilwe asked me and also said that's her job to ask me, where he rep****, NO IT'S NOT HER JOB TO MAKE THE QUESTION, and it's not right.

But then he asked me, what must he do, fire her, no he can't, I didn't say anything, he made the remark, I took my Rain-checks and left without the products.

This is not my 1st complain, and someone will make a comment, why still shop, I have the right, they don't own P&P or Hypermarket, they just work there and Im going to make this complain, this time, reaching the main owner(s) not hippi people running the business, it's not the products of the business, it's the people working in the business, making the name of the business bad. Who owns P&P & Hypermarket
