Humiliated and Embarrassed

Pick n pay, we are regular shoppers at ur store let me tell u what happend to my wife yesterday at Oxford Street branch in East London , the cashier had told my my wife that the transaction had not gone through (R900) on her phone the bank sent an SMS stating the the transaction had gone off, she was treated like a ******** yet bank statement proves amount went off. We will not be shopping at pick n pay Southenwood anymore. Very disappointed in the way you treat your customers.issue still unresolved still waiting for Settlement of pick n pay to clear pending amount so money can go back into my wife's account. Statements, transports all of that which she had to pay for n issue isn't resolved yet. I have consulted with hello Peter ,my wife was in tears with the utter disappointed treatment she got ,she called me and was very very upset ,WHAT IS YOUR PROCCES IN HANDLING THESE SITUATIONS!? VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
