Humiliated and accused of *****ing by Security Guards

I visited Pick 'n Pay N1 City last week Saturday but they didn't have the drinks I wanted so I left the shop, just a minute after I left the shop 2 security guards are running after me asking me to go back to the shop escorting me embarrassing me in the entire mall which happens to be same mall that I'm working in, when I got to the shop they searched my handbag when I asked what was happening they said they were looking for a can I stole 1 of the other clients said they saw me ***** a can but there was nothing in my handbag, when I asked for the manager and told him about this humiliation and embarrassment he took my details and said he will look into the matter and get back to me but it's been 7days no word from him.
