Humiliated

I had terrible experience at PNP Dobson Point, on 25/09/26. I went there with my partner to buy a few groceries, then went to the deodorant aisle as I wanted to try a new fragrance, they have/ had no spray testers, so I sprayed one of the cans to test if I like the smell. In less than a second the security with on my neck and told me I had to pay cause I had sprayed the fragrance. I asked him why they didn't have any testers, he couldn't even give me a clear answer. Right then and there I had to pay and was forced to leave without buying the rest of my groceries and forced to pay for a spray I didn't even like. The Cashier topped it off by saying, I wanted to ***** the spray and manager looked at me like a ********. I was humiliated and treated like garbage and made a joke off. Even worse I'm a regular customer. The whole experience was disgusting to say the least.
