Humiliated

I bought a bag of picknpay brand marshmallows on the evening of the 14/03/19, and few other items as I needed snacks for my son class party which was the next day.

I opened the marshmallows and they said it tastes funny, and kids refused to eat it. I then tried one myself and it tasted nasty.

I then took it back to picknpay promenade mall Mitchell's Plain where I bought it, with the slip. I explained to the lady at customer services, there something wrong with the marshmallows. She then shouted across to another till point asking a packer to come taste it as I complained it tastes funny.

I was so embarrassed by their behavior, I said to her picknpay packaging clearly says if you are unsatisfied with a product to return it. Now why must your staff embarrass your customers and humiliate them first?

Iam disgusted by this behavior and would not recommend anyone to shop there unless your desperate. Id rather go to Checkers, where your treated with dignity.
