went to the Hyper in Ottery got some things and was over charged, upsetting but nothing new, called for a manager when he arrived was then told that I was a trouble maker and a stirer, this in front of my wife who was very upset and other customers. In all my years I have never experienced anything like this and shows the values of Pick and Pay are a thing of the past, for an experience like this to happen in front of customers is very disturbing and when told them I was going viral was told Pick and Pay love this.

tks for the quick reply, in all my years shopping at P+P I have never been treated with such contempt, it was totally un-exceptable, I find it un-nerving that a person with such contempt for customers has ever got to the position as a manager at P+P, over the years I have had a good relationship with your companies personel, one of your staff members even called me fat the other day, my response nothing, but I take exception to being **********. It seems that this could become the norm at Ottery as i dont believe anybody even cared as the store manager never even bothered to come to reception, busy elsewhere. I hope you can resolve this to everyones satisfaction, as at the moment I believeI my family and friends should shop at Checkers or Spar as we have never had any problems there and it would be embarassing to go to Ottery
