Humble and loyal customer assaulted by a Pick n Pay Manager

Today in the morning around 06H00. I drove to pick n pay 24/7 in Vanderbijlpark so to get the Matric results news paper, this time around i was looking for a news paper that has nationwide matric results. One good staff member approached me and asked if he could help me and i agreed explaining to the guy what am looking for and he quickly advised me to take one(Will not mention the name) that according to him has nationwide results. As advised i payed and left the store and quickly got into my car to check my cousins results. I realized that the news paper i was adviced to buy only covered the Gauteng province only and then i went in the store to quickly change to a one that got nationwide results as am looking for a particular school from limpopo.

I went in and the cashier who assisted told me they don't refund news papers and i asked for the senior/Manager and one lady(White in Race) whom came in in the capacity of a manager told me she doesn't news papers even after explaining that her staff member advised me to buy exactly that one. While on that, she quickly said have a nice day and she turned her back on me leaving the door to close on me. I grabbed the door and said to her u cannot just turn and leave me here and then she came back harshly and pushed me on my chest, i could tell she is on a beast mode. This is one loyal customer to pick n pay store and i feel assaulted.

The security approached and asked whats the matter and as i was explaining to them, she came to check how much was the paper and she brought the refund and said to me "Here is your little R15.50" how good of a customer service is that?

Then i continued explaining to the law enforcement guys what had transpired. She ended up putting my refund on top of a box that was on the and left.

Am assaulted by a staff member in a capacity of a manager.
