How to lose customers

On 30/3 I stopped at the PNP in Louis Botha Ave.Having bought a cooldrink the scanned price differed from that on the shelf.Same bar codes, same product but a price discrepancy at the till where the price was higher..PNP policy is simple, double the difference back.Well not in this shop, where a debate ensued regarding the pricing and the way to deal with it. And yes I took a photo of product and bar code to highlight the issue.Ironically no owner or manager attended to the question then, and on the 31/3 when I phoned back the owner who could be heard in the background was to busy to talk to a disgruntled customer. To crown it the customer complaint line of Pick and Pay rings until it cuts off.A proper inditement of how PNP have let things slip.<br> And by the way its not the few rand but rather that PNP cant honour their own garauntees.
