HOW TO CATCH A SHOP LIFTER

Just left Pick n Pay Wonderboom Junction livid after being suspected for shop lifting. I always shop here and was highly dissatisfied in how it was handled. One cannot use vague specifications to search another person, just because I wore all black means every customer that is wearing all blck should be searched?! I mean the guy behind me was not searched but wore similar....Notwithstanding that last week a customer pointed at a shoplifter but security did nothing/were slow. You need to draw a clear strategy on how deal with such effectively and without giving a customer harsh treatment. Its a pity I love this shop
