How many times can an issue be escalated?

its been more than a month since I raised an issue and Pick and Pay has simply ignored me and provided absolutely no constructive feedback on the matter, even after four times the matter was escalated

all the time the Pick and Pay continues to ***** from customers without addressing the issue.
