How long to refund pick & pay online
<p>My daughter (student living in res) bought usual groceries and a fan. Pick & pay online delivers a frying pan. She returned it. I pay with my credit card so I telephoned 3 times and still no refund. How long does it take. I am literally fed up of calling the customer service and going through all the security checks.
