How long does it take for one to get their provident fund?

My name is Tsholofelo Gumede, I started working at Pick n Pay in 2014. I resigned from the company on the 3rd of September 2017 and signed my paper's on that day. Was later called on the 10th of October to be told I filled in the wrong form's. Ohk... On the 25 of October I sent all the required documents. To my surprise no contact has been made to notify me of the process or any developments.
