How long do I have to wait for my credit refund

Your service is so appalling. How long do I have to wait for my credit refund when you were in the wrong for false advertising.

I made a purchase on the 28 November 2023, Its been 20 days since then yet I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I call Pick N Pay I either get sent from pillar to post or the lines gets cut off. Ad when you send emails they just never respond.

I don't want to hear any stories just refund me my money ASAP as your BRAND suggest
