how i lose ten years of my life evrytime I step into pick n pay pinelands

The pick n pay in pinelands is the worst shopping experience in my life. The queues are always longer than ten people. I step into the pnp at different a times throughout the week and this is always the case. I'm actually writing this complaint while in line and i have taken a bet with myself that I will finish this and have 5 hours to spare before I reach the till and then eventually step through the time portal which will require I have my haircut, even though I had it cut right before entering the store.

There is always a shortage of trolleys and baskets and sometime I feel like a mother hen with all my groceries in my arms... at least I don't have to visit the gym, I was worried that my legs don't get even of a work out but i guess that's the reason for the long queue.

In addition there are a lot of elderly folks that use this pnp and i can only imagine how they must enjoy the workout.

The store is on a never-ending revamp and i guess change is good but is a store in constant disorganistion really a store that is changing?

The constant complains and vulgarity in the isles as a result of the bad service and, I guess loss of age, is very amusing and i never knew elderly people could cuss as much, so hats of to you again pnp! Not only do you offset the brand promise of many of the youth rejuvenation products that you sell but you also manage to turn sweet old grannies into the monsters that lived under my bed when I was younger....

Today was especially special I found a gem in the store, a till que that had only six people in it, but a las I knew it was only a mirage becasue as I got there the frowns and dissatisfaction was all too fami****, "system down".

Alas I am still in the Que, so i guess I have about 6 hours to go...

Let's hope I get to see daylight today.... :(
