How do you close doors 5 mins early

I visited your store yesterday 02/09/2015 at 18h55 and found doors closed. Suprising the displayed trading hours say u open 19h00, i find this an acceptable. Worse your staff by the doors just ignore customers even though we showed that the time is still 5 mins before .
