Horryfing e customer service

Hi My name is Veli Ntlemeza, please note that the Lady at the toll point Pick n Pay express Tom Jones Benoni needs more training on customer service. I traveled all the way from Katlehong yesterday Saturday 02 APRIL 2022 to attend a SAFA regional match at Wordsworth High school. I quickly went to buy cold drink and snacks at the nearest filling station and just when I was about to enter the door I realised I forgot my mask in the car. I went on the side by the window to buy a mask, the Lady(no name tag) who was at the service point did not even bother to greet me or give a gesture showing she notices me, however after a moment or 2 she then turned to me with an irritated face telling me "I have to wait she's busy" when I looked at the table she was busy with a pile of slips and I realised I cannot wait that long for her to finish capturing those slips, my girls match is about to start @15:00 and I need to rush back to the field because I'm an official director of the club. Even after I have asked her to please attend me I'm running out of time, "I don't know what happened" immediately she turned back with a burning attitude telling me she asked me to wait because she's busy. I was so embarrassed that how can one person who serves people at the front of the most SA's prominent enterprises pick n pay be so rude and careless with her attitude. I then rose my gesture to meet with the supervisor or manager to lodge a complain. A guy with a beard came in the lady's defense refusing to give me her name and forwarding the matter to the superiors. He interjected with unpleasant African swear words making me feel completely guilty as if I'm wrong for asking the Lady to please revise her attitude. I took the lady's photo after she refused to give me her name. Whatever good service I get in Katlehong pick n pay, it has to be the same as the one I expect to receive in Benoni. It was a very horrible experience and I wish I don't get serviced by the Lady and the bearded man ever again.
