HORRIFYING STAFF AND WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

This is not the first time I have experienced horrible service from this spesific branch but today shocked me to my core.

Mamohuba made me wait 20 minutes while she was helping her friend( Pick and Pay employee) fill out Lotto tickets, then she makes me wait another 10 minutes while she helps all the other lotto clients and employees while I was the only client there to pay for my 2 items. She did not even greet me, she scanned the things and grabbed the money out of my hand... It's like I owe you something but I am your client?

To makes things worse there was a white lady that walked straight pass me and went to sit in the corner on her phone and ignore me blatantly.

Is this really an acceptable way to treat the people that support your store?

Maybe Pick n Pay should invest in a course of BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE for their staff.

BASIC RULE 1 of CUSTOMER SERVICE: GREET A CLIENT, EVEN A SMILE WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE - None of your staff know how to implement this step.

Please educate yourself and your staff on customer service and interaction. I will never support a Pick and Pay again because of the service I have experienced numerous times at the Woodmead Retail Park branch.
