Horrifying service

I was paying my utility bill with my card I notice the cashier calling another employee who punches something into the her screen.I ask Busisiwa what's happening,she rudely replies is it your first time shopping here?I answer yes and to my wonder my question goes unanswered I ask why she isn't answering she looks at me hands me my slip and serves the next customer,I'm standing there wondering if the transaction is over.She looks at me then looks at the customer shes serving now and hands me a stapler while looking at the other customer just shrugging the stapler without looking where it's going so I could staple my slip and utility bill statement,I looked at the stapler and just walked away.That was terrible service, I'm never doing any of my shopping at Northmead mall Pick n Pay as a Benoni resident.
