HORRIFIED CLIENT OF PICK 'N PAY

Date: 28th November 2018 Time: 16h00 complaint I was standing in a long queue waiting to get to the teller in PnP Liquor. I asked the manager what seemed to be the problem. To be told by the manager that they had run out of change and the teller had gone to the cash office, to get change. I stated that was not acceptable in any store this size, during peak hours, only to be told, by the manager that he does not have to listen to me and he was going outside to have a cigarette. The other customers were just as shocked at his response as I was. This is totally unacceptable behaviour and I will never be using your store again. Horrified Client Mike Crawford **********
