HORRIFIED!!!!

Once again I wish I didn't have to give a star rating as I wouldn't give a rating at all. I went last night after work to Pick 'n Pay Westville to look for a microwave that was on special. Surprise, surprise they were already sold out. This is mostly true when it comes to Pick 'n Pay as they never have enough stock. When I queried why no stock, the sales person was quite rude and abrupt and said " Oh, we only get allocated a certain number per shop", well come on guys you know you are going to sell them, allocate more for each shop. I also waited at the back firstly where the microwaves were for about twenty minutes and then I went to the customer service desk and surprise, surprise there was no one at the customer services. They then arrived and called someone to come and assist and oh my!!!! if she had walked any slower, she would'nt have been walking at all!!! She was also rude in the fact that she made me wait, while she spoke to her friend. I was not the only person waiting at the appliances, there were other people there, who had been there since before I arrived. I had a list of things that I was going to buy at Pick 'n Pay, but because of the poor service I walked out and went somewhere else. I feel as if I don't ever want to go to a Pick 'n Pay again!!!!!
